Nu har de flesta lägenheter genomgått OVK-besiktning. Dock har ventilationsteknikerna inte kunnat komma in i ca 50 lägenheter och därför kommer Radea komma tillbaka under kommande vecka. Information om när detta sker och hos vilka lägenheter ska ha gått ut särskilt.
Styrelsen vill göra dig uppmärksam på att du inte kan neka att släppa in ventilationsteknikerna då föreningen enligt lag samt stadgarna har rätt att utföra sådana åtgärder som krävs för att uppfylla lagkrav eller sådant underhåll som krävs för att fastigheterna ska fungera korrekt.
Styrelsen vill uppmana dig att släppa in ventilationsteknikerna så att de kan utföra OVKn. Om du inte inte har möjlighet att vara hemma har du möjlighet att lämna en nyckel till styrelsen enligt instruktionen på Radeas informationsblankett. Du kan dessutom komma till kontoret (Lötsjövägen 1A) måndag 6/11 mellan 17-19 och lämna din nyckel. Någon från styrelsen kommer sitta där och ta emot din nyckel.

Most apartments have now undergone an OVK inspection. However, the ventilation technicians have not been able to enter around 50 apartments and therefore Radea will return this upcoming week. Information about when this happens have gone out separately to those those it concerns.
The board would like to draw your attention to the fact that you cannot refuse to let the ventilation technicians in, as the tenant owners association (BRF Kompassen 1), according to law and the statutes, has the right to carry out such measures as are required to meet legal requirements or such maintenance as is required for the properties to function properly.
The board would like to urge you to let the ventilation technicians in so that they can carry out the OVK. If you do not have the opportunity to be at home, you have the opportunity to leave a key to the board according to the instructions on Radea’s information form. You can also come to the office (Lötsjövägen 1A) on Monday 6/11 between 17-19 and leave your key. Someone from the board will sit there and receive your key.
